A few words about Canillas de Aceituno
Canillas de Aceituno is an authentic white village in Axarquia, in the province of Malaga.

About the blood sausage festival in Canillas de Aceituno
It coincides with the celebration of the Virgen de la Cabeza, patron saint of the village, on the last Sunday of April.
The village is famous for its gastronomic dishes. The most famous of these is the Chivo de Canillas, also known as chivo al horno or chivo lechal. A marvel to be discovered as well.
