Totalan pueblo is a wonderful white village in Axarquia, in the province of Malaga.

The chanfaina is a traditional dish of this village. However, chanfaina is a dish eaten in other regions of Spain (Extremadura, Leon) as well as in Peru, Mexico and Argentina.
